Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead departments with responsibilities that may include:

• Managing assigned systems (e.g., training, food safety, inventory management)
• Setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results

Guest Service Department Manager

• Ensuring crew and managers deliver a great customer experience
• Executing sales promotions effectively
• Training all service staff in service procedures
• Organizing Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service

Kitchen Department Manager

• Ensuring the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly and safely
• Controlling food cost
• Training kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items

People Department Manager

• Hiring qualified crew and training them effectively
• Scheduling staff to meet sales and profit goals
• Ensuring crew have a positive start and are recognized and motivated

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
