Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Guest Service Department Manager: ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff in service procedures, organize Front Counter, McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Manager: ensure restaurant delivers great quality food quickly, maintain food safety, control food costs, train kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items.
• People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, train them well, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, ensure crew get a good start, recognize and motivate staff.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule, enjoys fun, passionate about fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
