Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the Company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Establish and monitor key people metrics to inform business decisions and improve organizational performance.
- Partner with the C-suite to continuously develop and implement an expanding global organization structure in line with the Company’s commercial growth in each priority region.
- Talent Acquisition
- Develop and oversee recruiting strategies to attract exceptional talent.
- Build scalable talent acquisition processes that support rapid organizational growth.
- Partner with business leaders to identify current and future talent requirements.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to position the Company as an employer of choice within the renewable energy industry.
- Culture and Employee Experience
- Champion the Company's values and help shape a high-performing workplace culture.
- Develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
- Partner with leaders to maintain open communication and strong employee relations across all levels of the organization.
- Partner with Marketing & Communications to advance the Company’s internal communications and branding strategies.
- Total Rewards
- Design and oversee competitive compensation, incentive, and benefits programs that support attraction and retention objectives.
- Ensure compensation practices are aligned with market conditions, business goals, and pay equity principles.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee relations matters, workplace investigations, policy development, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain effective HR systems, controls, and reporting processes.
- HR Operations and Team Leadership
- Develop scalable HR policies, programs, systems, and processes.
- Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive human resources leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior executive HR role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting growth-stage, industrial, energy or engineering-focused organizations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits, talent management, and organizational development.
- Proven experience leading organizational change and building high-performance cultures.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field).
- Experience in renewable energy, clean technology, advanced manufacturing, industrial gases, energy transition, or related sectors.
- IPO or merger experience.
- Experience in multiple countries and continents, particularly western Europe and North America.
