About the role
Drive strategic initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement. Oversee talent management processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning. Lead a team of HR professionals to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Manage performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
- Lead the development and execution of diversity and inclusion programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving positive change in an organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools.
