Vice President - Operations

About the role

The Vice President of Operations is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for developing and executing the operational strategy for the organization. This role provides leadership and oversight for Global Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Field Service, and Facilities functions to ensure operational excellence, product quality, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The Vice President of Operations is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing operational performance, and aligning operational capabilities with the company's strategic objectives. This position is responsible for complying with the Quality System requirements and carrying out responsibilities outlined in the environmental, health, and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Operations: Provides strategic leadership and oversight of all manufacturing capabilities, processes, and resources to ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and scalability. Leads all global manufacturing operations, including production, testing, process development, and validation activities. Oversees manufacturing processes, production equipment, test systems, controlled environments, and workflow optimization. Develops and implements strategies to improve operational efficiency, product quality, throughput, and cost performance. Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Partners closely with manufacturing engineers to ensure products are designed for manufacturability, scalability, and cost efficiency. Collaborates with Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels and support customer demand.
• Supply Chain Management: Leads the development and execution of a comprehensive supply chain strategy that supports operational goals, customer requirements, and business growth. Directs all aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, sourcing, supplier management, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
