What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the company's overall revenue growth strategy
  • Build predictable forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operating rhythms
  • Increase growth within existing enterprise accounts through strategic account planning
  • Create a scalable new business engine by aligning sales and marketing efforts
  • Improve pricing strategy and margin performance while driving profitable growth
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales leaders and teams
  • Strengthen CRM adoption, reporting, and revenue analytics
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, marketing, and technology to improve the customer journey
  • Help integrate future acquisitions into a unified commercial organization

What We're Looking For

  • Executive leadership experience driving B2B revenue growth
  • Success leading both new business development and strategic account expansion
  • Strong experience improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and sales management processes
  • Experience leading managers as well as individual contributors
  • Expertise with CRM platforms, revenue operations, and sales analytics
  • Experience aligning sales and marketing to create measurable pipeline growth
  • Strong commercial acumen with pricing, profitability, and margin management
  • Experience leading organizations through rapid growth, transformation, acquisitions, or operational change
