What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the company's overall revenue growth strategy
- Build predictable forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operating rhythms
- Increase growth within existing enterprise accounts through strategic account planning
- Create a scalable new business engine by aligning sales and marketing efforts
- Improve pricing strategy and margin performance while driving profitable growth
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales leaders and teams
- Strengthen CRM adoption, reporting, and revenue analytics
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, marketing, and technology to improve the customer journey
- Help integrate future acquisitions into a unified commercial organization
What We're Looking For
- Executive leadership experience driving B2B revenue growth
- Success leading both new business development and strategic account expansion
- Strong experience improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and sales management processes
- Experience leading managers as well as individual contributors
- Expertise with CRM platforms, revenue operations, and sales analytics
- Experience aligning sales and marketing to create measurable pipeline growth
- Strong commercial acumen with pricing, profitability, and margin management
- Experience leading organizations through rapid growth, transformation, acquisitions, or operational change
