Responsibilities
- Design and execute talent strategies aligned with ClearChoice's objectives
- Advise the CEO on people-related topics and challenges
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR leadership team
- Collaborate with talent acquisition on workforce planning and hiring initiatives
- Develop and implement talent programs focused on succession and employee development
- Define objectives and metrics for the People team, assessing success accordingly
- Manage change processes in response to evolving business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in business administration, Human Resources, or related field; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5 years in an executive role
- Strong leadership with experience managing change at scale across diverse teams
- Proven track record in HR transformations and driving business impact
- Experience in both exempt and non-exempt workforce management
- Comfort with ambiguity and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to analyze complex people data for actionable insights
