You'll Lead
- Own end-to-end marketing strategy for the marketplace and new products
- Drive brand awareness and growth
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations
- Lead a high-performing marketing organization
- Scale acquisition through demand generation initiatives and growth marketing programs
- Align go-to-market efforts with Sales, Product, and Operations
- Define, track, and optimize marketing KPIs and budget allocation across channels
- Lead brand positioning and communications that resonate with target customers
What You'll Need
- 10+ years of relevant marketing leadership experience
- Proven track record as a marketing leader in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical and data skills; experience leading a data-driven team
- Expertise in demand generation, brand marketing, content, and growth marketing
- Adept at using AI tools to drive creative, personalized, high-velocity marketing
- Strong leadership and people development experience
What Else Might Help
- Experience in marketplace or B2B SaaS businesses
- Experience launching new products in 2026–2027 or similar roadmap-driven environments
Pay Range
$200-$250K/year
