Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing strategy and positioning for both residential and commercial product portfolios
  • Partner closely with product management, sales, and operations to drive go-to-market success
  • Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and product lifecycle strategies

Brand Management

  • Define and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels
  • Elevate brand presence in highly competitive and technical markets
  • Ensure alignment of messaging across business units and product lines

Marketing Communications

  • Lead development of compelling internal and external communications strategies
  • Oversee content development including sales collateral, technical materials, and thought leadership
  • Support executive and corporate communications initiatives

Advertising & Campaign Strategy

  • Develop and execute multi-channel advertising strategies (digital and traditional)
  • Manage agency relationships and campaign performance
  • Optimize spend and ROI across paid media, events, and trade channels

Digital, Online & Social Media Marketing

  • Drive digital transformation of marketing including website, SEO/SEM, and analytics
  • Lead social media and online engagement strategies to build awareness and generate leads
  • Implement marketing automation and data-driven campaign optimization

Leadership & Strategy

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing organization
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics aligned with growth objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and executive leadership

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles
  • Proven success in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B product-based environments
  • Strong experience managing multi-channel marketing, brand strategy, and product marketing
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and analytics
  • Experience supporting both residential (channel/distribution) and commercial (B2B/spec-driven) markets is highly preferred
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
