Vice President of Integrated Fundraising

Job Summary

The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (The Fellowship) is seeking a Vice President of Integrated Fundraising to lead their direct response fundraising enterprise. This role reports directly to the United States CEO & Global Chief Operating Officer and serves as a key member of the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integrated strategy that brings new donors into the mission, deepens relationships with existing supporters, and ensures fundraising programs deliver exceptional results at scale.
  • Inherit a strong and highly capable team responsible for executing complex, multi-channel campaigns that mobilize hundreds of millions of dollars each year.
  • Ensure continued innovation across fundraising channels while strengthening donor acquisition, retention, and lifetime value strategies.

Requirements

  • Strategic vision and operational rigor
  • Experience leading fundraising teams and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of direct response fundraising methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, marketing, finance)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a non-profit setting
  • Proven track record of success in fundraising roles
  • Experience with data analysis and campaign optimization
