Vice President of Digital Sales, Markets

About the role
The VP of Digital Markets is responsible for working with our sales team as well as the iHeart Digital Solutions team to build and sell integrated campaigns with assets such as Streaming Audio, Podcasts, Social Influencers, CTV, and more. In this role, you will lead digital sales efforts and, with the sales team, manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close, as well as campaign maintenance and client relationship management with the goal of achieving digital revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage Digital revenue and be accountable for meeting/exceeding assigned Digital Budgets
- Oversee management of available Digital advertising inventory to drive the most profitable sales
- Set sales goals and guide subsequent goal-setting processes
- Obtain, allocate, and adjust operations resources to achieve sales and service goals
- Translate market and Digital business strategies into specific actions to generate sales and revenue
- Develop strategic digital sales solutions that integrate with iHeart’s additional non-digital media assets
- Generate new business/digital revenue and deepen existing client relationships
- Act as a strategic resource (ideation, brainstorming) for Sales Managers, AEs, and clients across the Region
- Serve as a constant liaison between sales, clients, and vendors
- Become an expert on digital product features and benefits including Ad Tagging, Rich Media, Data Sharing for attribution and effectiveness, Audience Targeting, Viewability Studies, and Systems
- Participate in client-facing meetings with AEs and Sales Managers
- Provide ongoing personal and team training and development specific to Digital marketing in general and iHeart’s digital platform
- Work with Digital Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Operational Support, and 3rd Party ad tech partners to ensure proper planning, selling, executing, optimizing, and recapping of all Digital Sales campaigns
Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital, broadcasting, marketing, promotion, and collection standards
- Proven ability to grow new business and find new revenue opportunities
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Deep understanding of local markets, customers, and competitors to target needs and drive sales
- Ability to create productive, long-term customer relationships

Pay
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. Range: $96,000 - $120,000.
