Drive marketing that makes a measurable difference. As Uline’s Vice President of Digital Marketing, you’ll shape the future of our digital growth engine and lead a talented in-house marketing team. In this leadership role, you’ll drive customer acquisition, optimize marketing investments, and develop innovative strategies that support Uline’s continued growth across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead Uline's in-house Digital Marketing team, promoting a culture of high-performance across paid search campaign management, execution, and analytics.
• Define and execute digital marketing strategies, guiding investments that maximize customer acquisition, retention, and long-term business growth.
• Drive enterprise marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to Uline’s executive leaders that support business goals.
• Manage key partnerships with Google, Microsoft, and other paid search providers, influencing product updates, compliance initiatives, and vendor agreements.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance digital marketing capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, and/or business. MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of search/internet advertising and analytics.
• 10+ years managing other managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Strong strategic leadership and team-building skills, with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Proficient in Web Analytics and Kenshoo (Skai).
