Vice President Digital Marketing

This role will drive search and content-led growth initiatives that improve visibility, acquisition, and measurable demand. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement an integrated digital marketing vision
• Develop channel roadmaps and testing strategies for customer growth
• Innovate with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
• Oversee strategy for Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate channels
• Manage media budget, ensuring strong performance and returns
• Own the strategy and execution for Email, SMS, and Push notifications
• Lead and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team
• Align KPIs for digital marketing channels and establish reporting

Requirements

• 10+ years in digital marketing, with 4 years in senior leadership
• Experience scaling performance marketing in DTC or ecommerce
• Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, and SEO
• Strong agency management skills and collaborative relationship building
• Exceptional analytical abilities in performance metrics and media optimization
• Experience managing significant media budgets and driving growth
• Proven track record in developing high-performing teams
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Pay

$230,000 – $305,000 annually
