Vice President of Customer Delivery

About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Vice President of Customer Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will oversee customer delivery strategy and execution, with a focus on strengthening implementation outcomes and improving the overall client experience. The VP will partner closely with executive leaders, internal teams, and external partners to evolve delivery practices and scale a more effective operating model. There is also a strong emphasis on applying AI-enabled approaches, governance discipline, and process improvement to drive greater efficiency across the organization. In addition, this leader will guide a significant migration strategy tied to an aging platform sunset while ensuring continuity for customers and delivery teams. The position calls for a hands-on operator who can shape methodology, elevate stakeholder alignment, and improve deployment performance in a fast-moving enterprise software environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and refine the customer delivery methodology and framework
- Lead the transition to a new, centralized delivery approach
- Scale implementation efforts while enhancing customer outcomes
- Drive partner enablement initiatives to increase deployment efficiency
- Manage the migration strategy from a legacy platform before the 2031 sunset
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within customer delivery or implementation services
- Proven track record of transforming service-oriented delivery models
- Experience with partner enablement and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in delivery processes
- Expertise in project management and governance frameworks

Pay
$166,000 – $200,000 annually
