Responsibilities
- Own full P&L accountability for the business segment, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and overall financial performance
- Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans aligned with enterprise priorities
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business health and drive accountability
- Define and optimize the product and service portfolio to align with market needs and strategic growth priorities
- Lead portfolio lifecycle management, including prioritization, rationalization, and investment decisions
- Ensure alignment between portfolio strategy and customer value propositions
- Partner with global sales teams to develop and execute commercial strategies that accelerate revenue growth
- Identify and capture new market opportunities, including expansion into adjacent segments and geographies
- Support key customer engagement, including executive-level relationship management and strategic account development
- Provide strategic direction for product development to ensure a strong pipeline of differentiated offerings
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations to bring new products to market effectively and efficiently
- Champion innovation aligned with evolving customer and industry needs
- Lead strategic partnerships, alliances, and potential M&A opportunities to expand capabilities and market reach
- Evaluate and pursue new growth platforms, technologies, and market entry strategies
- Strengthen external presence and thought leadership within the industry
- Align and influence across functions to ensure execution of business strategies
- Partner with operations to ensure scalability, quality, and delivery excellence (e.g. capacity planning)
- Foster collaboration across regions (North America, Europe, Asia) to build and leverage global capabilities
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing, engaged team
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability within the business unit
- Participates in the full-range of people-management responsibilities, including performance reviews, compensation recommendations, coaching and development, hiring recommendations, disciplinary actions

Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including P&L ownership or general management responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies
- Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and value creation
- Execution Excellence: Drives alignment, accountability, and results across complex organizations
- Enterprise Leadership: Thinks beyond the business unit to advance overall company success
