About the role

Oklahoma’s Federal Credit Union, with approximately $955 million in assets and located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking a commercial banking executive to serve as Vice President of Commercial Services. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role oversees the entire commercial lending operation, including product development, production, credit analysis and underwriting, and servicing.

The incoming executive will develop strategies to grow the existing $125 million portfolio, contribute personally to production goals, establish community relationships, and lead the commercial lending team through mentoring and coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire commercial lending operation, including product development, production, credit analysis, underwriting, and servicing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the existing $125 million commercial lending portfolio.
  • Personally contribute to production goals and establish relationships within the community.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the commercial lending team.

Requirements

  • Seven or more years of commercial lending experience.
  • Experience structuring commercial deals and developing underwriting criteria.
  • Extensive exposure to commercial real-estate transactions.
