About the role
The Vice President of Commercial Lending will lead the commercial lending operations of the credit union—from business development through loan servicing. Reporting directly to the Chief Lending Officer, this executive will develop strategies to grow production volume, review and improve loan processes, and enhance technologies within the department.

Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in structuring commercial lending deals
- Proven leadership skills to manage a commercial lending team
- Ability to balance individual production with team management
- Bachelor’s degree required
