Who We Need

Sabel Systems has an immediate opening for an experienced Vice President of Business Development, Air Force. This position will lead the formulation and execution of strategic and business development activities within the Department of Defense market. This position will take an active role cultivating customers and partners and developing and executing new programs and ventures within allocated funds.

What You’ll Do

The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for developing and executing Sabel Systems' growth strategy. The candidate will work with customers and industry partners and draw upon the broader capabilities of Sabel Systems to be successful. Leverage your technical background to ensure business decisions can be vetted, and solutions are presented to potential customers. Use strategic and tactical capabilities and leadership in opportunity capture and business strategy/vision as well as an ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer partnerships and represents Sabel Systems to the customer
  • Formalize and execute a Go-To-Market Strategy for current and R&D products
  • Advise management on growth strategies and management of resources for future program procurement
  • Enhance our industry partnership while expanding the Sabel Systems brand
  • Identifies, recommends, wins new business opportunities
  • Performs opportunity/competitive analytics and research to support growth
  • Creates a culture of success and ongoing business and personal goal achievement
