The role is responsible for managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers through various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media
- Create and maintain engaging content for social media
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and writing skills
Qualifications
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with SEO and content creation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere)
