What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a multi-property portfolio spanning several geographic regions throughout Alaska.
- Lead and support General Managers and Area Leaders across approximately half of JL Hospitality Management's Alaska hotel portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, labor management, and expense control.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and brand compliance.
- Partner with Human Resources to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Lead operational initiatives, property transitions, openings, renovations, and acquisitions.
- Analyze business performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Build strong relationships with owners, brand representatives, and community partners.
- Multi-property hotel operations leadership experience required.
- Strong background in branded hotel operations, financial management, and team development.
- Proven success leading General Managers and regional operational leaders.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Alaska.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with Marriott, Hilton, or similar brands is highly desirable.
