As VP Marketing, you will support the successful expansion of NTE by driving key marketing strategies, building a strong structure that will unleash our full potential over the long term. This includes continuously expanding the core business while exploring quantum leaps into new geographies, segments, customers, technologies, and business models.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and lead the overall NTE marketing strategy to reach its full potential in flow and water treatment.
    • Initiate the rental ladder initiatives to professionalize our sales process and guide customers to higher-value offers.
    • Explore and implement New Business Models (Agility and Performance Rentals) to retain customers and expand our customer base.
    • Collaborate with Atlas Copco Brand to realize post-acquisition synergies and drive the 1-4 ratio with cross-selling initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the divisional marketing team to integrate and localize the overall divisional strategy.
    • Prospect and map acquisition targets in the flow pillar.
  • Growth Initiative Execution
    • Identify, assess, and support geographic expansion opportunities, with a focus on underdeveloped areas in the US.
    • Conduct research into market trends and customer requirements to identify market opportunities.
    • Support customer segmentation, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to refine value propositions and product positioning.
    • Initiate and track marketing campaigns across various channels, adjusting as needed.
    • Lead sales efficiency through strong territory management and close support of the PGA process.
  • Digital Marketing & Communications
    • Optimize digital platforms to capture online demand and establish an additional revenue stream.
    • Drive internal and external visibility using online and digital channels.
    • Improve the relevance and effectiveness of messaging by analyzing customer impact.
    • Create and manage sales efficiency tools (e.g., R-PSM, CPQ, Showpad, SharePoint).
  • Product Marketing
    • Define master specifications for local products and provide input for divisional ones.
    • Develop territory-specific strategies for each technology and product.
    • Develop, execute, and update go-to-market strategies for all products.
    • Create a Full Potential Plan for Water Treatment and drive its implementation.
    • Develop compelling product messaging and positioning.
    • Maintain product documentation.
  • Brand Management
    • Continuously enhance NTE brand awareness and market positioning, adjusting activities as the market evolves.
  • Price Management
    • Develop a robust and systematic price management process to improve pricing consistency and sophistication.
    • Implement pricing strategies aligned with divisional benchmarks.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Become an active and valuable member of the regional management team with a collaborative mindset to drive sustainable, profitable growth for both NTE and ASR.
  • Business Strategy
    • Explore – Investigate and experiment with new ideas, business concepts, and technologies to increase relevance across segments and customers.
    • Expand – Improve conversion within explored markets to increase opportunities and close deals, focusing on both continuous improvement and quantum leaps.
    • Excite – Relentlessly evolve customer experience by improving interactions (digital, virtual, or physical) with diverse customer roles.

Schedule

This position is based in our office in Pasadena, Texas 77507, and requires some travel. You will report to the General Manager of National Tank & Equipment.
