About the role

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Wealth Marketing Programs Manager to join our Wealth Management Product Marketing team. This role is located in New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of strategic and always-on BNY Wealth marketing campaigns focused on investment management and wealth planning for ultra-high-net-worth, family office and institutional client segments.
  • Develop and execute strategic and measurable marketing programs that help drive sales qualified leads (SQLs), support assets under management growth, improve prospecting program effectiveness, and increase content engagement.
  • Manage client experience/lead gen initiatives, such as the ongoing Thank You Program.
  • Support BNY Investments & Wealth budget management and other key initiatives.
  • Apply a client-needs-based approach to marketing, helping identify effective campaign opportunities and contributing to commercial outcomes through relevant, high-performing content.
  • Partner with colleagues, business stakeholders and external partners to help ensure programs align with business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape, and provide insights and recommendations to help differentiate the firm’s offerings.
  • Support the Wealth Content Director and Product Marketing leads in curating content for the public wealth management website, helping ensure content remains timely, relevant and aligned to key themes.
  • Track campaign performance and contribute ideas for optimization, including testing new formats, channels, and approaches to improve engagement and results.
  • Help manage timelines, approvals, and cross-functional coordination to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services, wealth management, private banking, asset management, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with wealth management and private banking clients, with knowledge of ultra-high-net-worth audiences.
