Responsibilities
- Develop and execute casino marketing strategies that increase player acquisition, retention, and frequency of play.
- Oversee player database growth and segmentation to deliver targeted offers, promotions, and communications.
- Lead the planning and execution of casino promotions, tournaments, giveaways, and special events that drive guest traffic and excitement.
- Manage all sales teams retail volume generation strategies including hotel, events, group, casino, bus, convention, catering, national, local, corporate, and trade.
- Analyze player behavior, campaign performance, and revenue trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Partner with gaming, operations, hospitality, food and beverage, and entertainment teams to create coordinated guest experiences.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure promotional spend is aligned with revenue goals and return on investment.
- Maintain strong awareness of casino floor activity, player preferences, and competitive market trends to inform marketing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies related to promotions and guest communications.
- Build, coach, and lead the casino marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns and exceptional guest engagement.
- Work closely with senior leadership to support long-term marketing plans, revenue targets, and brand positioning.

Compensation
Target Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Operates in both a professional office environment and casino setting, using standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
- The work environment may include exposure to bright lighting, elevated noise levels, and occasionally stressful or fast-paced situations associated with casino operations.
- Frequently required to communicate effectively by talking and hearing, as well as use hands and fingers to handle, operate, and manipulate objects, tools, and controls.
- Frequent tasks involve sitting, and occasionally may be required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Requires visual abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus to perform job duties effectively.
