PRGX is the global leader in source-to-pay data analytics and software, and tech-enabled profit recovery services. We provide software and services to maximize revenue recovery and drive margin improvement for our clients.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy to drive growth, brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue.
- Oversee all marketing functions including brand management, digital marketing, product marketing, communications, and market research.
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all channels.
- Drive demand generation and customer acquisition through digital, content, and performance marketing.
- Lead product marketing efforts including go-to-market strategies, competitive analysis, and value proposition development.
- Manage internal and external communications, including PR, media relations, and crisis communication.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team; foster innovation and accountability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI on all initiatives.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Proven track record of directly influencing revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable impact on pipeline development, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost reduction.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and customer segmentation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to 'roll up their sleeves' and cross-functionally navigate multiple stakeholder priorities or perspectives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, business acumen, and exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
