Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Markets

Responsibilities

• Own and refine investor relations strategy in partnership with executive leadership
• Represent the company to investors and analysts; articulate strategy and financial performance
• Build and deepen relationships with a range of investors, including institutional and healthcare specialists
• Lead proactive targeting efforts to develop a strong shareholder base
• Translate complex financial and healthcare dynamics into a compelling investment thesis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
• 12+ years in investor relations, equity research, investment management, or corporate finance
• Experience as a senior IR leader in a public company is strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of public company financial reporting and disclosure practices
• Exceptional financial modeling skills with ability to influence external investor models
