Responsibilities
- Own and refine investor relations strategy in partnership with executive leadership
- Represent the company to investors and analysts; articulate strategy and financial performance
- Build and deepen relationships with a range of investors, including institutional and healthcare specialists
- Lead proactive targeting efforts to develop a strong shareholder base
- Translate complex financial and healthcare dynamics into a compelling investment thesis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
- 12+ years in investor relations, equity research, investment management, or corporate finance
- Experience as a senior IR leader in a public company is strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of public company financial reporting and disclosure practices
- Exceptional financial modeling skills with ability to influence external investor models
