Who we are looking for
First Eagle is seeking an Investor Relations professional to support the firm's IR efforts by helping to develop and communicate the firm's strategic, financial, and investment narrative to key stakeholders. Working closely with senior members of the Finance team and partnering across the organization, this role will contribute to investor communications, stakeholder engagement, market intelligence, and strategic initiatives that support the firm's business objectives.
What you will do
- Support the execution of the firm's investor relations strategy and stakeholder engagement efforts
- Aid in the development and delivery of investor communications, presentations, reports, and other materials that effectively communicate the firm's strategy, business performance, investment philosophy, and market positioning
- Coordinate investor meetings, calls, due diligence requests, and ongoing information-sharing activities
- Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, investor sentiment, and market activity, providing insights to support investor relations initiatives and stakeholder communications
- Aid in preparing materials for investor meetings, board presentations, strategic updates, and other executive communications
- Support financing, capital markets, and other strategic initiatives through research, analysis, and preparation of stakeholder-facing materials
- Track and analyze investor feedback and engagement activity, helping to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of investor relations processes, reporting, and communication practices
The qualities you should have
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree and/or professional designation (e.g., CFA) preferred
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in investor relations, asset management, investment communications, product strategy, institutional sales support, corporate communications, equity research, investment banking, or a related field
- Strong familiarity with public company disclosure practices, investor communications standards, and earnings materials
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, portfolio management concepts, and the asset management industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business topics into clear, concise, and compelling messaging
- Strong presentation development and storytelling capabilities, including experience preparing materials for investors, clients, senior management, and other key stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and identify key insights, trends, and implications
- Prominent ability to build effective working relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with financial data and research platforms is a plus
Pay
Base Salary range: $140,000 to $175,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and internal equity.
