We are seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations to help drive and support our fund expansion efforts and capabilities working for a Practice President at Red Cell Partners who also leads our firm’s capital raising efforts for our funds. In this role,you will collaborate with the firm’s senior team members on all investor relations, fundraising, and ecosystem activation efforts. Responsibilities Work with firm partners to develop and drive firm-wide fundraising strategyLead existing investor reporting & engagement as the primary point of contactIdentify, educate & engage prospective investors & investment consultantsPresent the firm’s mission, strategy, funds & performance to stakeholdersStrengthen the firm’s ecosystem connectivity with key strategic partnersLead execution on the firm’s Annual General MeetingDevelop investor marketing & diligence materialsOwn and manage the firm’s LP CRM system About You Strong desire to build a career in venture capital & private investment ecosystemSuper-connector that loves meeting new people & building communityStrong work ethic & personal drive to become an exceptional IR leaderAbility to embrace uncertainty & turn problems into growth opportunitiesHigh agency, organized & accountable; “roll up your sleeves” attitudeCollaborative, team player who is fun to be around!
