Responsibilities
- Shape and guide division-level talent agendas to align with business strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on organizational and workforce issues
- Guide high-impact talent decisions such as leadership transitions and capability investments
- Lead enterprise talent planning for succession and organizational change
- Ensure effective governance of talent investments to meet business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of senior HR leadership experience, particularly in HR business partnering and organizational effectiveness
- 8+ years of people leadership experience over senior leaders and impactful teams
- Demonstrated experience in complex, high-ambiguity environments
- Strong ability to influence executive-level leaders and enterprise-level decisions
