Vice President, HR

About the role

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Santa Rosa, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $247,496 – $371,243 annually.

Responsibilities

• Shape talent strategy to align with organizational goals and drive long-term success
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on leadership and workforce matters
• Lead talent planning for succession and major business initiatives
• Influence decisions for leadership investments and capability priorities
• Guide organizational design to support business execution during change
• Promote a culture of high performance and engagement through effective talent development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of senior HR leadership experience, specifically in HR business partnering and talent strategy
• 8+ years overseeing senior leaders and managing high-impact teams
• Proven track record in leading and developing teams in complex environments
• Expertise in organizational design and large-scale change leadership
• Strong capabilities in executive communication and strategic consulting
