About the role

RealManage is seeking an accomplished and strategic Vice President of Operations to provide executive leadership across a portfolio of community associations and operational teams. This position is responsible for driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, financial performance, employee engagement, and sustainable growth while ensuring that RealManage consistently delivers an exceptional experience to the communities we serve. The Vice President of Operations will lead and develop operational leaders, strengthen relationships with Boards of Directors and community stakeholders, establish accountability for key performance metrics, and ensure consistent execution of RealManage standards and The RM Way. This leader will combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership and will be expected to identify opportunities, remove barriers, develop high-performing teams, and continuously improve the way we serve our clients.
