Vice President, HELOC Servicing Program

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, HELOC Servicing Program to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will oversee the full HELOC servicing lifecycle and provide governance for a critical consumer lending operation. The role will partner closely with technology, compliance, and operations teams to ensure readiness, performance, and control across the program. It is a highly cross-functional leadership position focused on execution, metrics, and continuous improvement. The work will directly influence servicing quality, operational effectiveness, and the customer experience.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Provide overall governance for HELOC servicing across the entire loan lifecycle.
• Serve as the main business lead, guiding cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of HELOC operational readiness and performance.
• Facilitate alignment between technology, compliance, and operational teams.
• Develop and oversee the HELOC servicing operational model and metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across servicing and customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mortgage or consumer loan servicing, including 5+ years in HELOC leadership.
• In-depth understanding of the HELOC product lifecycle from boarding to liquidation.
• Strong grasp of regulatory requirements and mortgage servicing industry practices.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and managing dependencies.
• Strategic problem-solver with exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with HELOC servicing systems, particularly ICE MSP.

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
