About the role
The VP of GTM Strategy & Ops is responsible for architecting the operating rhythm, building the RevOps & tech stack foundation, and orchestrating cross-functional activities. They are also tasked with strategic board reporting.
Responsibilities
- Architect the Operating Rhythm: Design, implement, and iterate on the core GTM operating cadence, including rigorous weekly forecasting methodologies, impactful QBRs, and annual strategic planning cycles.
- Capacity & Revenue Modeling: Build complex financial and operational models to optimize monetization of GPU deployments, balancing spot instances with long-term reserved commits.
- Build the RevOps & Tech Stack Foundation: Evaluate, select, and implement core GTM tool stack (CRM, CPQ, forecasting tools), establishing pipeline hygiene standards and data definitions.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Convert physical compute capacity into actionable sales territories and quotas, ensuring alignment between sales and supply chain.
- Strategic Board Reporting: Distill complex operational data into compelling narratives for Board-level presentations and strategic investment requests.
Experience & Capabilities
The ideal candidate has 12+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Cloud Infrastructure Operations, with prior success in a hyper-growth tech environment. They must have tangible, provable experience in a capital-intensive, capacity-constrained business and possess deeply analytical chops, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a builder's mindset.
