Vice President, Growth Equity

Senior investment role at a consumer and retail-focused growth equity fund with $800M under management. The VP will lead deal execution and manage portfolio relationships independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deal processes across consumer, retail, and e-commerce sectors
• Originate proprietary deal flow through direct founder outreach
• Manage portfolio company relationships and board participation
• Mentor and develop junior investment team members

Requirements

• 5-8 years of investment experience in growth equity or private equity
• Demonstrated track record in consumer, retail, or direct-to-consumer investing
• Strong network among founder-led growth businesses
• MBA from a leading institution preferred

Pay

$280,000 - $350,000 + Carry
