Vice President, Growth (Business Development)

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Vice President of Growth (Business Development) to support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. This role collaborates with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes.

About the role

This position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-year growth strategies for dialysis services worth $2-3 billion
• Negotiate partnerships with leading physicians and hospitals to support growth in Value-Based Care
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 6 to 8 Directors of Business Development
• Collaborate with field operations leadership and corporate stakeholders to align strategies and operational execution
• Drive innovation and strategic partnerships to enhance company footprint and transition to value-based care

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years in corporate development, M&A, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships, especially with healthcare providers
• Master’s Degree (MBA preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience
• Healthcare services sector experience, particularly in value-based care (VBC) models, is highly preferred
• Strong communication and influencing skills to partner with senior leaders and physician groups
• Proven track record of driving business growth and leading teams effectively

Pay

$200,000 – $292,000 annually
