Vice President, Global Public Sector, Tolling and Parking
About the role
The Global Urban Mobility team is seeking a Vice President to lead a new team supporting the growth of our Public Sector Tolling and Parking business. The VP will own the development of Mastercard’s Public Sector Automotive business, help prioritize and incubate high growth portions of the urban mobility business such as tolling, parking, and connected car commerce, deliver commercial value, innovate, craft expert-level go to market programs, build new partnerships or extend existing partnerships, build Mastercard’s brand in the urban mobility space, and manage multiple high priority efforts concurrently.
Responsibilities
- Own the development Mastercard’s Public Sector Automotive business
- Help prioritize and incubate high growth portions of the urban mobility business such as tolling, parking, and connected car commerce
- Deliver commercial value: craft go to market programs and sales materials that enable regional teams to deliver revenue growth
- Innovate: build a successful tolling and parking payment practice requiring internal and external innovation
- Craft expert-level go to market programs: enable regional teams to deliver revenue growth through urban mobility segment
- Build new partnerships or extend existing partnerships: identify key use cases and enhancements with products to grow partnerships and build concrete commercial success
- Build Mastercard’s Brand in the Urban Mobility Space: develop brand through social media channels, marketing efforts, tender responses, and conferences
- Manage multiple high priority efforts concurrently
- Establish, enhance, and maintain relationships with government, regulatory, banking, and industry bodies
- Impactful influencing with ability to deploy a range of approaches to build consensus across product and market management teams to drive commercial wins
- Establish and deliver on key performance indicators
- Detail orientation: understand Mastercard’s products and services

Pay
Pay ranges from $235,000 - $375,000 USD in the US, with the actual amount varying based on multiple factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
