Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for all infrastructure and IT operations functions, including on-prem and cloud platforms, network services, systems administration, identity and access management, endpoint services, and IT service management (ITIL) practices.
- Own and mature ITIL-based service management practices (incident, problem, change, request, asset/configuration) to ensure stable operations and high service availability.
- Define and monitor service-level objectives, operational metrics, and dashboards; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions; and drive continuous improvement to reduce outages, improve mean time to restore, and enhance user/member experience.

Negotiate contracts and SLAs, manage performance and escalations, ensure vendor risk and due diligence requirements are met, and drive accountability for delivery, security, and compliance outcomes.
