Vice President of Infrastructure

Shape the future of technology for one of North America's leading distributors. Reporting to the CIO, you will lead infrastructure operations across North America, drive modernization initiatives, and partner with leaders to support long-term growth through reliable, scalable technology.

About the role

Uline’s 450+ person in-house tech team builds and supports the custom systems that run our business. The team owns and creates solutions that operate at scale, supporting operations from warehouse management to e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure operations across North America supporting mission-critical supply chain and corporate systems.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure infrastructure supports strategic priorities and operational success.
• Define and execute Uline’s technology infrastructure strategy aligned to business growth and long-term objectives.
• Drive modernization across data center, cloud, network, and end-user environments to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Guide infrastructure investment planning, balancing resiliency, performance, and cost effectiveness.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability, succession planning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15+ years of IT infrastructure leadership in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Proven success leading mission-critical infrastructure operations across multiple sites.
• Experience managing a large-scale data center.
• Strong track record of collaboration to align technology strategy with business goals.
