About the role
The Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team originates, structures, and executes capital-raising transactions, including IPOs, follow-ons, convertible bonds, and derivative structures. As a Vice President in ECM, you will work through the entire deal process—supporting origination and execution—while integrating expertise from Sales & Trading and Investment Banking to deliver tailored solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Work on ECM offerings across a range of products.
- Engage in dialogue with investor clients on active deals.
- Assist with broader ECM origination, investment banking, sales, and sales trading on a global scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior bankers, experts across the firm, and colleagues worldwide.
- Build direct relationships with bankers in product and regional business units.
