Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery operations team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
