Vice President, IS Delivery
About the role
The Vice President, Integrated Solutions Delivery (ISD) Projects will lead the successful delivery of critical Energy as a Service projects. This role is accountable for driving execution excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with performance targets, including measurable energy savings targets.
Responsibilities
Serves as the accountable leader for the project, ensuring ENFRA’s Four Pillars — Safety, Energy Savings, Client Experience, and Shareholder Outcomes — guide every aspect of project planning, execution, decision-making, and performance measurement.
Establishes a high-performing project culture rooted in safety, collaboration, transparency, and operational discipline.
Leads the creation and ownership of the Project Execution Plan (PEP), ensuring scope, schedule, phasing, risk mitigation, commissioning strategy, and functional support plans are complete, integrated, and aligned with project objectives across the Four Pillars.
Transitions the project from Development to Delivery by validating commercial assumptions, technical requirements, energy savings pathways, and execution readiness.
Directs the day-to-day work of the project team to ensure adherence to schedule, cost, design intent, and performance requirements, adjusting plans proactively to maintain predictable outcomes.
Ensures rigorous implementation of ENFRA’s safety program across all contractors, field personnel, and work fronts.
Oversees planning and execution of all critical lifts, shutdowns, tie-ins, commissioning activities, and Line-of-Fire work, ensuring these scopes are fully engineered, documented, rehearsed, and properly supervised.
Promotes a culture of safety that empowers all team members to intervene and continuously improve.
Ensures all Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) are fully engineered, procured, sequenced, installed, and commissioned in alignment with guaranteed energy savings targets.
Partners with M&V and Engineering to track energy performance throughout design and construction, resolving scope, performance, or system integration issues rapidly.
Serves as the project’s primary client executive, ensuring exceptional responsiveness, trust, and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintains strong relationships with client leadership, facility operations teams, AHJs, and community stakeholders to support smooth execution and long-term partnership.
Owes the complete project financial plan, including budget development, setup, cost management, forecasting, margin delivery, contingency stewardship, and commercial performance.
Owns project-level contract negotiations, clarifications, and amendments in partnership with Pre-Construction, Legal, and SCM.
Manages commercial exposures, claims, and disputes at the project level, escalating issues to the SVP as appropriate.
Maintains the project risk register and ensures systematic mitigation of critical project risks.
Coordinates and holds accountable all supporting ENFRA functions — Engineering, M&V/Energy Management, Legal, SCM, Project Controls, Safety, Accounting, HR, and Operations Services — ensuring deliverables are timely, complete, and aligned with project objectives.
Engages ENFRA Direct Construction Services teams and subcontractors to ensure installation quality, readiness, and predictable execution.
Leads project-level contract negotiations, clarifications, and amendments in partnership with Pre-Construction, Legal, and SCM.
Manages commercial exposures, claims, and disputes at the project level, escalating issues to the SVP as appropriate.
Maintains the project risk register and ensures systematic mitigation of critical project risks.
Directs directly leads Project Executives, Directors of Construction, Project Managers, and Construction Managers, ensuring clarity of roles, expectations, and performance standards.
Hires, develops, and evaluates project team members, in coordination with the SVP and HR.
Cultivates a project culture aligned with ENFRA’s values — safety, innovation, accountability, teamwork, and inclusion.
Leads project reviews, formal forecasting cycles, safety reviews, commissioning readiness reviews, and schedule risk assessments.
Ensures high-quality reporting to the SVP, including cost, schedule, energy performance, risks, procurement, staffing, and cash position.
Ensures QA/QC processes are rigorously followed, deficiencies are resolved promptly, and turnover to the client is executed with excellence.
Ensures complete, timely closeout of construction, commissioning, documentation, training, and turnover.
Confirms that systems operate as designed, ECMs achieve performance expectations, and the client has confidence in long-term operational performance.
Supports M&V teams in validating post-construction performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field is required.
Professional certifications such as P.E., PMP, LEED AP, CM-Lean, or equivalent are beneficial.
Strong leadership presence with demonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and hold teams accountable in a fast-paced, high-stakes delivery environment.
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and executive-level presentation — with the ability to maintain strong client relationships and internal alignment.
Highly skilled in problem solving, risk mitigation, and proactive decision-making, especially under schedule or commercial pressure.
Strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills; able to lead integrated project teams and align Engineering, M&V, Legal, SCM, Safety, Project Controls, and field teams toward shared outcomes.

Pay
