About the role

Pariveda is a North American-based, employee-owned professional services firm providing strategy and technology services across industries. In this Vice President role for our Dallas office, you will establish and deepen client relationships, drive new business development, expand strategic accounts, lead service delivery teams, and contribute to Pariveda’s mission and objectives. Responsibilities

  • Generate new client accounts and grow them over time, particularly among mid-market and larger companies across multiple industry segments in the Dallas area.
  • Nurture and expand existing strategic accounts to achieve established revenue targets.
  • Establish credibility and trust with C-level clients, delivering technology and business transformation solutions that meet their needs.
  • Lead client engagements from estimation through delivery, including project management, quality assurance, and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Drive business development activities, including sales efforts, client proposal development, and project scoping.
  • Diagnose complex technical and business problems to uncover unknown and unmet client needs.
  • Support company growth by building and maintaining a strong professional network and contributing to recruitment efforts.
  • Mentor junior colleagues through career development planning, regular check-ins, semi-annual reviews, and advocacy for advancement.
  • Actively engage in and represent Pariveda’s culture through continuous learning, professional development, community service, and team-building initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading IT strategy, custom development, business process improvements, project management, and technology services sales and delivery.
  • A strong track record in consultative sales and new client development, with the ability to craft compelling value propositions and deliver creative solutions.
  • A well-established network of clients and professional relationships in the Dallas market across various industries and business functions.
  • Proven ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect with C-level clients.
  • Involvement in local professional networking and civic/community activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage complex client engagements involving multiple teams, vendor relationships, project planning, execution, issue/risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Mastery of all phases of the software development life cycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to developing employees’ knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills, with a methodical approach to anticipating challenges and delivering solutions.
  • Flexible and adaptable, willing to contribute where needed as a servant leader who drives results.
  • Highly professional with a strong work ethic, accountability, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations and business objectives.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience.
  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Transparent and equitable base salary range: $302,200 – $324,900 annually, with quarterly profit sharing based on company performance.
