You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Generate new client accounts and expand existing ones
• Nurture strategic accounts to meet revenue targets
• Establish trust with C-level clients for transformation solutions
• Lead client engagements from estimation through delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading IT strategy and technology solution delivery
• Strong track record in consultative sales and new client acquisition
• Established professional network in the Dallas market
• Proven relationship-building skills with C-level executives
• Experience managing complex client engagements
• Mastery of the software development life cycle
• Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills

Pay

$302,200 – $324,900 annually
