For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Commercial Strategy And Planning to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Food & Beverages environment. Location: Corona, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $232,500 – $310,000 annually Responsibilities Develop North America's 3-5 year commercial growth strategy for scalability Lead commercial planning processes including growth sources and distribution expansion Integrate eCommerce into the commercial strategy for omnichannel alignment Define key customer frameworks and business planning standards Manage product lifecycles, including exit strategies to streamline offerings Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain on strategy execution Identify market opportunities and trends to refine strategic priorities Lead business case development for new initiatives and partnerships Build and lead a high-performing team with clear accountability and performance measurement Qualifications Bachelor's in Business, Strategy, Marketing or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10+ years of strategic leadership and commercial strategy experience 5+ years in a senior leadership role, operating at the executive level Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; PowerBI experience preferred Familiarity with Nielsen or IRI syndicated data platforms Strong understanding of commercial planning processes and financial modeling Experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex initiatives Benefits Competitive total compensation package Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development Collaborative work environment across multiple business functions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
