The Opportunity
TP is building a next-generation Revenue-as-a-Service (RaaS) capability focused on helping B2B organizations accelerate growth through scalable outsourced sales programs. This is a greenfield role on a newly formed global team. We are seeking a B2B subject matter expert who can design, position, and commercialize revenue programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Drive new revenue growth within TP’s RaaS portfolio by identifying strategic opportunities and designing scalable revenue programs for clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert in outsourced B2B sales, partnering with vertical leaders and executive stakeholders to structure, position, and close complex solutions that span across the customer lifecycle, including lead generation, inside sales, account management, retention, and winbacks.
- Maintain and exceed annual revenue and quota targets aligned to TP’s B2B Sales Outsourcing portfolio.
- Originate, qualify, and close strategic RaaS opportunities across assigned accounts and verticals.
- Design and position scalable B2B sales programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes for clients.
- Lead the development of executive-level presentations, proposals, and growth narratives that clearly articulate ROI, differentiation, and commercial value.
- Partner jointly with vertical leaders and senior stakeholders on complex pursuits, serving as the RaaS subject matter expert in client conversations.
- Structure pricing, commercial models, and deal terms to ensure profitable and scalable engagements.
- Identify and articulate compelling customer success stories that strengthen market credibility and accelerate deal cycles.
- Generate pipeline through industry events, executive networking, and targeted account engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to align solution design with execution.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise revenue experience across the B2B customer lifecycle, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and quota targets.
- Exceptional executive presence with experience influencing C-level decision-makers and leading complex client conversations.
- Strong experience designing and building executive-level presentations, including developing clear, structured slide narratives from concept through delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, commercial modeling, contract negotiation, and building compelling business cases.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to translate client growth objectives into scalable, profitable program designs.
- Experience in outsourced sales, BPO, revenue operations, or sales program environments preferred.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and contributing in a fast-moving, build-stage global environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel internationally; valid passport required.
