Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for and secure new clients, building a strong pipeline of business through networking, cold calling, and leveraging your professional relationships.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market, including property values, market trends, and economic indicators, to provide expert advice to clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Provide strategic counsel on real estate decisions that support their business goals, whether they are a tenant or a landlord.
- Collaborate with marketing and research teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and property marketing materials that effectively position opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, tenants and other industry professionals.
- Partner effectively with other Avison Young service lines, such as project management, property management, and capital markets, to provide holistic and integrated client solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in retail leasing.
- Experience with lifestyle and power centers is a plus.
- A valid and active commercial real estate license in the state of Florida is required.
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate complex real estate and financial concepts.
- A highly motivated and results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong commitment to client service.

Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate the needs of the client and the market.
