About the role

This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA. As the Vice President of Brand Management, Full Service, you will lead the team of Brand Leaders focused on strengthening and growing the Hilton Full Service portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Strategy, Insights & Full Service Brands, you will provide strategic oversight of the Full Service brand portfolio, guiding category priorities and supporting brand teams to drive growth, brand relevance, and long-term value.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the global steward of the Full Service portfolio, acting as its chief ambassador internally and externally to strategically position the brands and drive excitement and brand love.
  • Lead the global strategy for the Full Service category, defining its purpose and distinct position within the Hilton brand portfolio and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate across the Hilton matrix to build annual plans with alignment, accountability, and solutions driven by Brand strategies, ensuring Full Service brands achieve stated budget goals and KPIs.
  • Draft, maintain, and review Brand Standards, including AD&C standards, on-property requirements, technology requirements, standard products, and compliance processes.
  • Participate in annual strategic and operational planning, quarterly business reviews, and performance reports, partnering with Commercial, Owner Relations, Brand Performance Support, and other key stakeholders.
  • Shape the Full Service guest experience, delivering on Hilton's Customer Promise while ensuring hotels maintain their unique Brand identity and personality.
  • Work with Full Service Category Management (F&B, Design, and category planning) and key partners such as Marketing, Partnerships, Development, Openings, Brand Performance Support, Owner Relations, Architecture & Construction, Hilton Honors/CRM, HRCC, Legal, IT, Analytics & Insights, Planning & Strategy, and Commercial to drive performance.
  • Partner with Development teams to identify opportunities for purposeful category growth and strategic portfolio gaps.
  • Define specific Commercial Support needed for Full Service with Commercial Services and Brand Performance Support.
  • Oversee Brand Owner Advisory Councils, liaising with owners at industry events to advance Full Service brands strategically; build trust and loyalty with owners to drive new deals and NUG growth.
  • Work with Hotel Leadership to manage Brand programming and initiatives.

Deliverables

  • Execute the global rollout of Full Service brands, ensuring a strong understanding of Brand identity, strategy, and experience across internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Identify opportunities to improve guest experience and owner returns.
  • Ensure open portfolio and pipeline properties deliver the category's positioning and design narrative through close partnership with Full Service Design and Architecture & Construction teams.

Requirements

  • Ten (10) years of experience in hospitality or related industries.
  • Experience repositioning or launching a consumer/hospitality brand.
  • Three (3) plus years of working directly with owners (either from a corporate or hotel role).
  • Four (4) years of management experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40-50%.

Qualifications

BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree (MS/MA/MBA Preferred) or equivalent on-the-job experience.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $260,000 - $390,000, determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Eligible Team Members may participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan and the Company's long-term incentive plan.
