Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the channel and alliance strategy for the Americas
  • Build a scalable partner business contributing to pipeline and revenue growth
  • Establish business plans and revenue targets for partner segments
  • Identify strategic partnerships for customer acquisition and market expansion
  • Own revenue objectives sourced from partners across the Americas
  • Recruit and grow a high-performing partner ecosystem
  • Collaborate with Sales to enhance joint account planning and co-sell efforts

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in channel sales, alliances, or partner leadership in cybersecurity or related fields
  • 8+ years leading high-performing channel organizations
  • Prominent success in building partner ecosystems that drive revenue growth
  • Extensive experience with distributors, VARs, MSSPs, and cloud partners
  • Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity technologies, including AI and threat intelligence
  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level partnerships and complex negotiations
  • Experience scaling cloud marketplace partnerships

Pay

$180,000 – $220,000 annually
