About the role
Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital (VESH) is hiring an experienced Veterinary Technician to join their Internal Medicine team.
Responsibilities
- Aid doctors during Internal Medicine appointments, diagnostics, and treatments
- Safely restrain patients and obtain accurate patient histories
- Administer and monitor anesthesia while ensuring safe patient recovery
- Maintain accurate medical records, nursing notes, and treatment charges
- Coordinate appointments while helping providers stay on schedule
- Manage Internal Medicine inventory, restock exam rooms, and maintain supplies
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain endoscopic equipment and treatment areas
- Collaborate closely with doctors and teammates to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Experience as a Veterinary Technician required
- Internal Medicine or specialty experience preferred
- CVT, LVT, or RVT credentials are strongly preferred
- Strong anesthesia monitoring and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced specialty hospital environment
- Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first approach
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Passion for continuing education and professional growth
- Fluent English speaking and reading skills required

$20–$28/hour + Additional Earning Potential for VTS Technicians

Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 9:00am–6:00pm
