Requirements

• Technician experience.
• Knowledge of emergency veterinary medicine.
• Triage, ICU and/or outpatient experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, delegate and oversee daily work flow.
• Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with clients and their pets.
• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology.
• Education, training, or experience in the veterinary field.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
