Veterinary Regional Manager

Responsibilities
- Supporting local leaders in daily operations, leadership, and administrative duties
- Overseeing recruitment, training, and retention of veterinarians, support staff, and hospital managers
- Enhancing client service, loyalty, and satisfaction across practices
- Supporting financial stability and growth for each hospital
- Promoting local marketing efforts and online reputation management
- Building positive work environments that support morale and engagement
- Partnering with HR, legal, finance, acquisitions, payroll, recruiting, and other support teams
- Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual initiatives
Requirements
Multi-site management experience required within veterinary medicine
A highly motivated, agile, and organized leader who can inspire and influence diverse teams
A strong communicator with the ability to build trust and partnerships across multiple hospitals
Passionate about supporting Vetcor’s mission and contributing to growth and operational excellence
Qualifications
This role will support practices primarily in Dallas-Forth Worth, with travel required across the assigned region.
